Welcome to PC Guide.

SiS900 is a ethernet Controller used on many motherboards so Google says.

Can you boot into safe mode (F8) ?

Try this http://www.winbookcorp.com/ and fill in your make, model.

So when you press F8 you get onscreen this display (http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm), try Safemode and Last Known Good Configuration. if not already tried. Or do you get up something like - Boot from floppy, cd-rom and hard drive ?

Is it still under warranty, can you connact support.

Edit - Mite be your hard drive, im still looking.

I got the Boot fomr floopy/CD Rom Screen.....

Nope, not under warranty........

I did read something on another site, where someone had the same prob and it was the HD...

I just wanted to see if maybe it might be something eles before I took that route

If you need to recovery data from the drive this is one way, other members may have better ways. - http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-1035_11-5160538.html
