Error on boot up

When my newly re-installed win xp pro starts up I get 2 error messages on the desktop : c:\windows\system32\Nvmtray.dll , and system32\NcpL.dll "the specific module could not be found" . I have recently upgraded my memory and was having some problems with the pc restarting at will. That seemed to settle down for a while, but has started again today. I was wondering if there is any connection with the error pop ups.

Looks like nVidia drivers

Reinstall or update your video drivers

Took your advice ,updated drivers and no more error pop-ups.
