2 links - 1 destination ???

the first 2 links on all the pages have the same target ?

ex- "the pc guide discussion forums" and "administrivia" take u to the same page.

ex- "the pc guide discussion forums" and "general hardware" take u to the same page.

its same for all the pages.

Basically, if you notice when you click on the PC Guide Discussion Forums link it takes you to the top of the page.

When you click on one of the category links, like Administrivia, it takes you to the main heading for tht link....the purple bar.

Yes, technically it is the same "page" just a different location on it...it would be much more noticeable if this where a multi-page setup with ecah subsection being a separate page, and each category in that subesection being another one......

(Checked in Mozilla...it takes you to the top of the main page on each of them......so there is probably also some IE/Netscape/Mozilla stuff going on here too...)
