Suggestions for File Viewer Utilities

I'm looking for a really good "file viewer" utility (or two). One that allows you to open just about any type file, and often read at least some info inside - just to get a sense of what's in it, if nothing else.

I've use FileAlyzer by SaferNetworking (Spybot). It's OK, I guess, but don't have much to compare it to.

Try Tiny Hexer, which will open any type of file and display it in both hex and text. By Default it sets up an OpenWithTinyHexer RClick shortcut in the Shell.
