Where to buy POCSAG paging transmitter?

I thought that someone here might be able to help me locate a paging transmitter. The frequency is 160.3875MHz.

The transmitter needs to comply with the following conditions:

1) Transmitter must have an integrated POCSAG (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/POCSAG) encoder
2) Power output needs to be around 5W
3) MUST be able to be controlled via an RS232 port, so that messages can be sent from a computer/uCPU.

Does anyone know of any brands?

Will consider anything, from anywhere on the planet!
