when restoring disk 5 has started up and loads about 3-4% of its information ,it shuts down. I've made several attemts to reload all the disks and cleaned them.also made sure fan is clear of dust and lint,,I did notice a small scratch on the disk about a quarter inch long towards the center of disk...now i cant use it .and i desperatly need it to work asap Thank you John
