power problem- urgent, not booting on a 400W

Asus P5N32 E SLI Motherboard
Asus EN8800 GTS 640 MB Graphics Card
1 GB 800 MHz Memeory
Hitachi 160 GB 7200rpm SATA 2 HD
1 Sony DVD-writer
1 LG CD-writer
1 modem
2 Chasis fans

i want to wether true 400W power supply is enough for this system as my system has some booting problems
