MEM ERROR

HI: I recently installed this board andnow I find a 32bit memory error .. What consists of a memory error such as this and how can I correct this.It doesnt seem to do anything. but it does freeze up occasionally,,and I have a few bugs..normal I think for a new confg. but the 32error bugs me..I have some tech savy but still green..could you give me some idea. its a cc820 with 128 mhz on 100 mghz bus P3 500

Can you explain a bit more about when and where you are getting this error?

the error doesnt show up on the system .. but i use mcaffe.com performance optimizer and it shows that error but it says that it cant be fixed automatically... since i have built a few of these i have run into a lot of troubles but usually not that deep into the workings..it doesnt show up on the boot.. or error in the post.. however i get a memory error that says
memory decreased.??dont have a clue about that..

the memry decreased code doesnt hang the boot .. it just passes bu.
