Work Study USA

thought that i can get some useful info
from the great variety of professionals
here. this is it.
i'm a non-US resident.i would like
to know if i can get a permanent job
(i've a diploma in electronics engineering
n would want to work in related field)
but at the same time do my degree in a
university in USA ? if that's possible
what advice can u provide me ? is there
any program in USA that allow me to do that ?
