Last weekend I tore apart an old PC (AMD AM486 DX2 66MHz) that was made in 1995 it has a Creative Sound Blaster 16 ISA card with a 2X CD-ROM (SCSI) that plugs into it. The only thing that I wanted was the 200W AT PSU :)

My dream setup would be to buy (2) Core 2 Extreme QX6800 CPUs, one for the PC in my sig and the other for my PC with the P5WDG2-WS Pro motherboard.

Rond36 I got my sound card and installed it fine. The system kicks butt. Nothing like blasting MP3's off of MS-DOS 6.22...and even better is playing them off of Windows 3.11 while playing Ski Free...:D

how do you still get programs to run on 3.11 lol does it play movies

There's a video for windows thing but I haven't tried that out. It plays .AVI's only, so I doubt movies work well.

I usually put small programs on a floppy, (download them with the other pc). If not, I use a Sony Memory stick, (512mb), to transfer larger files and this is why I have 2000 as well on that PC.
