Why does my screen look like this?

Notice that everything is all choppy (this is from my parents computer. (yes the one with 66000 virus') and it runs XP) why isnt everything smooth and how can i fix it?

It doesn't look particularly choppy and I don't know what you are referring to about a virus... If it is still infected, you need to deal with that first... If it is not, did you check Desktop settings and see if it is set to smooth edges and such??

Check to see if the VGA or DVI connections are firmly set in from both ends, (monitor and CPU).

its totally smooth when i look at it on my computer!!!

i think 123456 has it. ill have to check the connections later -_-
