I was wondering if any one knew of a good forum for Image PRocessing?

What sort of scenario are you talking about for this? Something triggered by user uploads to a web server, batch processing on web server directories, batch processing for local directories, image editing software like paintshop pro, etc.

I was just wondering if you know a good book or forum, which is based on microsoft visual studio .net, or directx, or gdi.
Preferably a forum...
