Well, here's the problem.

My barebone startup is very weird...it appears to be starting up just fine, with the single exception of NO video output whatsoever. The hard drive spins up, things start going, but nothing is displayed on the monitor.

I've narrowed the problem down. I've replaced JUST the motherboard, using all of the exact same components, and have a computer that's running just fine.
The motherboard is the same model, down to the T.

It does not have onboard video.

So I've concluded that the motherboard, though running fine, is what's causing a video output problem somewhere. I've tried resetting the CMOS with jumpers...

Anyone have suggestions for me, or know where I might be able to go to diagnose and perhaps fix this problem? Anything would be appreciated!

Some people on the forum have had similar problems where the solution ended up being that their heatsink fan was tightened too tight, causing a "short" in the motherboard. If you have a heatsink fan, check to see how tight the screws are.

Also, list your components.
