SATA order?

Tomorrow I should be receiving my RMA'd motherboard. It's an ASUS P5B. I can't remember the order in which I had plugged in my DVD drive and my two HDD. Does it matter which SATA slot I plug the cables into?

It doesn't matter.

If you hook them up wrong you can switch them if it won't boot, or you can change the boot HDD in BIOS setup.
