I have a bit of a problem here. I was checking RAM on 2 Dell laptops to find out what memory a friend would have to buy to upgrade RAM. I checked my own a 'Dell inspiron 6000' and had to remove the RAM to read type etc. I then did the same to my friends 'INSOIRON 9300' and wrote down the details. Now neither of the laptops will power on. I can hear activity for about 10 secs and then they power off. Please Help!!
