It's not sli
But it meets most everything else

The Asus P5K WS
The Price was $250 last time I checked

The extra $50.00 gives you support for tomorrows CPU's

The Intel P35 chipset does not support SLI. I think it supports CrossFire but only X4, X4. I haven't seen anything on its overclocking potential.

ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus $182.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131153) the ASUS P5N32-E SLI $209.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131073) or the ASUS P5NT WS (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131173) are the only boards that I know of that come close to what you want. They don't have native support for PC2 8500 but they do support that speed and can be set to run that fast. A BIOS flash when one becomes available could give them PC2 8500 native speed. All three boards support 1333 FSB and have 2 PCI-E X16 with 16 lanes each for SLI X16, X16
