looks like some good choices. I just wish i had that kind of budget for the one i just built last month! The Hauppauge tuners are nice. i have the 150 in my computer now. the only drawback of having that tuner is that the format that MCE stores the recorded tv shows in is .dvr-ms. which is about 3gb per hour on the good setting. So if you'll be recording a lot of shows, i would look into a larger drive, i filled up my 200gb in a few weeks. the 150 and 500 both work well with vista's media center too, if you decide to make that jump.
