Question about Files and Settings Transfer Wizard

If I use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard to copy files from my old to my new computer, will programs also copy? I am specifically interested in Microsoft Money which I use but I don't have the installation CD. (It came bundled with my old computer but not on my new one.) I have all my financial information in MS Money so I either need to get it on my new computer or abort the upgrade.

Old computer runs XP Home and new one runs XP Pro.

The program settings but not the programs themselves (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/expert/crawford_november12.mspx) can be transferred with the wizard.

All your programs must be reinstalled on the new computer, because actual programs are not migrated by the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard. Moreover, some programs have to be installed before their settings are transferred
