RAM advice please

I took a picture of my current RAM..."stats" (compliments of CPU-Z) and I can take a picture of any other stats you need, just give the word, here is the picture:

Ok so I assume you want to upgrade? Pick up a couple sticks of some PC3200 RAM. You can get another 256MB for dirt cheap, or can get 512MB modules, or even 1GB module if your motherboard can handle it.

What advice are you seeking exactly? Post your configuration.
