I'm getting a "EMM386 or QEMM" error message while trying to flash my m/b. I have downloaded the lastest awdflash from Abit web site. I go into pure DOS command prompt only . Open my flash bin file and when I go to awdflash is when I get this error message. Can anyone help me out here please.

Those are both memory managers and should not be in the system when you are flashing. Are you sure you are booting into DOS, bypassing everything? Just selecting "DOS prompt" from the Windows start-up menu isn't enough, as that still goes through your config.sys and autoexec.bat.
Try trapping Windows with F8 when you see "Starting...", then hitting Shift-F5. That will bypass everything.
Also, make sure you are using the right flash program or Bad Things Will Happen. [tm] http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif
