On the info list of my new MOBO, its says it only supports UDMA/133 HDs. I dont know what that is, can anyone explain?

That's an IDE/PATA hard drive. Not SATA.

Ultra DMA should use 80-wire cable.

UDMA is just a newer faster variation of the original IDE/ATA interface but should be backwards compatible with older hard drives.
