Multiple Wireless connections

Here is my question, basicaly what I want to do is have lets say 3 computers on 1 wireless connection, one in the office and two for my sons but I only want mine to have access to the net and my boys to have access but only when I provide it, say if they try to get online it will ask for a password or something like that before it will actually be allowed to connect to the wireless, i know its possible but can someone tell me how to set it up? or point me to a diagram of how to do this?

I think you can do it in the router firmware

But it differs from one model to the next.
It may require you to set static addresses for the kids systems and your.
Then set limits for each
