My home, Labrador, is in the Newfoundland Standard Time zone, the most eastern in North America, and as such is the first to welcome the new year (and the new millennium!).
4 hours, 40 minutes and counting........
Happy New Year everyone!
Charles, I offer my sincere thanks for a splendid website and I wish you every success in the future.

Good grief!
How could I have been so remiss in my New Year's greeting?!
Palaeo-Pete (sp): your constant, knowledgeable and cheerful contributions to these forums are invaluable. Sincere best wishes.

Happy New Year to everyone. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif Thanks to all, especially you Pete, for making these forums so successful. I haven't found the time to post as much here as I originally anticipated, and am glad the forums don't rely on me to work well.
Wishing you all much success in the coming year, and thanks for the kind wishes as well.
