yep that will be fine i take it that you live in the UK here are the prices of some of those items from
http://www.overclockers.co.uk

they are alot cheaper and it is a good site
graphics card http://www.overclockers.co.uk/productlist.php?&groupid=701&catid=56&subid=877&sortby=priceAsc
save about £80
MOBO
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-000-EA
save about £35
CPU
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-156-IN&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=793
save £30 (with the £200 you had to spend on a CPU you can get a core 2 Quad Q6600)

give the site a look over you could save $$$$$$

Well, instead of only 2 processors, like a Core 2 Duo, you would have 4 processors. This makes applications faster.

i was just reading over what i put last nite (i was tired) the prices i put were EX. VAT just to say. about quad core it will run applications faster (although most programs are still single thread) and you can run more ie Battlefield 2142 + (1 core) + encode a DVD (1 core) + listen to music (part of one core) and you still have loads of space yet
