Couple months ago I fooled around with options for my router and internet stuff and what not for it to enable me to host a game on WWIII. Well, it was a success and I was able to finally host games. My brother wanted me to do the same for his computer and I did the exact same steps I did with my computer on his but he was still not able to host games.
Anyways, I went back on my computer and I don't really remember what I did but now whenever I type in cmd in Run the thing that's supposed to pop out has to close because there's some sort of error. I'm thinking I did some horrible mistake here and maybe messed up my computer even though it's been fine, however I wanted to know if there's any way I can fix this.
The error that pops up says -
16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem (that's the title)
C:\Windows\system32\cmd.com
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:054b IP:0102 OP:ff ff 83 3e 51 Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
This is the webpage I used to guide me in hosting games -->http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/archive/topic/41050-1.html
If there is no way to fix this then it's fine because my computer works fine.
Thanks in advance. :)
