Hi All,
I have just built my first computer and i would just like some advice about some of the bios settings and also overclocking settings??. I have overclocked to 290MHz or 1160.2MHz FSB using the mobo and standard heat sink but i dont know what voltage i should use?? I live in a cold area so at this speed i get temps between 24 to 33 when playing (halo 2/Test drive) so im sure i can go faster still on the standard heat sink!! Anyways here are the specs for my new Rig...

Core 2 Duo E6420 2.13GHz 4MB l2 Cache
ECS EliteGroup 945P-A ATI CrossFire
2x Apogee 1GB DDR2 667
Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS
Besta Silent Dual 550W PSU
250GB Samsung hard drive
Vista Premium(Grumble...Grumble)

Well i think thats it thanks all for any help:)

Don't overclock unless you know everything about overclocking and then some. It is very dangerous for a noob to start overclocking. You can damage your entire system.

But, if you want to overclock, make sure you lock all your bus's in BIOS, then start raising the ol' FSB.
