I think I've picked up a virus and my pc is freezing when I click the PC guide notification links in my e-mail (which is possibly how it's spreading)

Like I said Pete, sorry if it was out of order, but I was having great difficulty to post at all, my PC crashed each time I tried to post on my other link, but I can see now that they did get through, and I had not seen the other post.
