hey,

everytime (or most of the time) i go to an internet site (always happens to yahoo.com), I always get this screen right after.

I think I once had a similar problem. As best as I can
tell, your attempt to load a yahoo page aborts with
a jump to a page saying some ad.doubleclick link
can't be found or accessed. You may have blocked access
to ad.doubleclick (or to other annoying ad sites) by using
your IE tools-options-security tabs to restrict access to
particular sites. Or you may have blocked access by
editing you windows/system32/drivers//etc/hosts file
to add offensive websites to the hosts file with their
IP address set to loop back to yourlocal machine IP. To
keep these blocks in place and still fix your problem,
try IE's tools->options->progam_tab->manage_add-ons,
and disable your browser helper object. I think the BHO
redirects you to your unwanted webpage when your
yahoo page tries to load a ad.doubleclick link.
