HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was trying to get more space on my computer so i could load a game and i think i accidently deleted my colour.Because when went back on my computer it was running in 16 colours and when i changed it to high colour(16 bit) it stayed on 16 colours after i had restarted it.I dont know what to do HELP ME PLEASE http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif !!! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/mad.gif
