I was looking for a software category, but this category may do the trick.
Unfortunately, I needed iTunes to get an audio clip from the internet, and it stole every sound I had saved to play with Media Player. How do I get back my saved stuff from iTunes and get it all back under Media Player. I'm not keen on iTunes because it has no visual background. Itunes doesn't seem so great.

Open Windows Media Player
Click on Tools
Click on Options
Click on the File Type Tab
Place a check next to the items you would like to associate with Media Player.
Click OK or Apply and you should be good to go.
