Please do NOT post live malware links in the forum... We do not need them and there is a risk of someone else getting infected by them... While this sat there, it was cached on Google and other search engines so that it is now available to many more people for a very long time... The way your comment: "DONT CLICK THE LINK" looks like it may have been part of the message and that makes it even more dangerous...

You have HJT running from a compressed file and that means that backups will not be saved... Please extract it to a permanent folder...

Next please do this:

Download MsnCleaner.zip (http://www.forospyware.com/Msncleaner/MsnCleaner.zip) from here, but don't use it yet.
http://www.forospyware.com/Msncleaner/MsnCleaner.zip
(Copy/Paste the URL into the address bar or use "Save Target As")
Now reboot into Safe Mode
Double-click MsnCleaner_eng.exe to run it.
Click the Analyze button.
A report will be created once after you finish scan.
If it finds an infection, click the Deleted button.
Now, please reboot back to normal mode.
Please post the contents of C:\MsnCleaner.txt in a reply to this post.

Then run this:

1. Combofix:

1. Download this file - combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe)
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall...

Use this link if that one doesn't work:

http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

When finished, post all of the logs using as many posts as needed...

I have experienced that NOD32 is perhaps the best antivirus. It has prevented a lot of infections for me, especially from torrent sites and downloaded apps.
And I surely think that only a very risky guy would click a link with the advice "DON'T CLICK THE LINK"...

I see absolutely no reason for you to drop into this thread recommending NOD32 at this point... I also disagree with your comment about the link, since as I pointed out, the warning was not clearly a warning... Given that the criminals that do this type of thing use psychological tricks to collect victims, titling a link: "Do not click" might be something they would do...

Please do not respond to security topics that are in process, you simply complicate the situation... If you have questions about that, please read this:
