I have tow ISP's and I can access my e-mail from both addresses using one or the other. When I click outlook express am booted off the internet everytime. Any Ideas. Is it a configuration problem?

Go to Tools\Options and Look first in the General tab. Make sure the box that says "Do not Dial a connection" is selected in the drop down box. Then go to the Connection tab. Uncheck the box that says "Hang up after Send/Recieve". See if that does it.

This is what to do if it is Outlook Express 5.0. First, check what Pete said. Then,

go to tools/accounts. click on the mail tab, and make sure both accounts read any available. If they read dial up such and such, click properties of the connection, go to connection tab, and take the check out of always connect to this account using.

Next, go into your control panel, and go into internet options, and in there, click the connections tab, and put dot next to dial whenever a network connection is not present. If it is next to always dial my default account it has been known to cause this disconection, even with just one isp.

Thanks Redd, I couldn't remember where the other setting was. Knew it was there, but couldn't dig it up, been too long since I had to tinker with it.
