I have some questions regarding new kind of memory cards :
1. Is this PC-150 for real or just an enhancement of existing PC-133 'cause I've never seen mobo run with FSB above 133 Mhz, is it for overclocking purpose or what ?
2. How DDR SDRAM works ? why there are extra more pins than current SDRAM ... I mean.. what for those extra pins ?? is it only for AMD processor ?
Thx for the explanation ....

Some vendors have been selling "150 MHz rated" SDRAM for a while, but I didn't know it had been formally made into "PC-150". It is likely just for OCing as you say. It won't make a lick of difference unless you OC the system bus.
DDR SDRAM is an evolutionary improvement on regular SDRAM and is not directly compatible with it. It doubles transfer rate by transfering data twice per clock.

Thx for explaining it to me, but I still have more questions :
Is it DDR-SDRAM runs at 200 Mhz and only for AMD mobo (will Intel support it or they stay with the RDRAM)???
Have U seen it (physically) or do U have any URL that has the photos so I can see it ??
Thx
AHK
DDR SDRAM will debut at 200 I believe, and will shortly thereafter go to 266. As for Intel's plans, who knows? A lot of marketing people and lawyers will be involved in that decision, I am sure. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif
