Flashing Pixels

ok recently i have notied LOTS of flashing turquoise pixels they r very small but when theres loads of them you notice. but..... its only on certain colours :confused:

the letters on this bar (on my screen) have lots of turquoise pixels scatted in them

also on surrounding the red letters and the grey boxers (not in a solid line but in odd places)

it doesnt matter were on the screen it is, it still does it.
i have a dual monitor setup and it on that it doesnt. my monitor is the Samsung SM-226BW (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-050-SA)
any ideas whats wrong??
i know oodannyboyhas this monitor so if you read this can you see the dots??

panic over :D:D problem solved. unplugged it for 10 mins and now everything has turned to normal :D

That's odd. I didn't see the pixel thing on your picture your were talking about by the way.

edit; you cant see them too well on there but you get how bad it would look normally
