Are the system timer (IRQ-0), the system clock, clock speed and clock rate all referencing the same component?

system timer is hardware component. It starts working right from the beginning. even before it goes in to pc

system clock is the clock on which the pc componensts work. it is produced by crystal oscillator

clock speed the speed of system clock and measured in Mhz.clock rate = clock speed
