Got a router from a friend whi stopped using it.
Belkin Hish Speed Mode Wireless G Router, connected it up and obviously I'm surfing the net fine (Connected through cable).
Though when turning on the laptop and attempt to select my network it asks for a security key or pass phrase. I don't have one let alone how to even set a password up. There is absolutely no options to set up my router, no software or nothing.
My CD installed the drivers but that was all. I checked networking but that gives me nothing but my usual networking options.

Unfortunately, or fortunately for you, most folks don't bother to establish their own user name and password. Defaults are normally left in place.

I would suggest checking with the Belkin tech-support, or if you can download the manual for your product, you should be able to determine the default values.

If Belkin has an 800 tech-support number I'd suggest starting there....
