Kaspersky's Firewall engine their own??

Do I remember correctly that Kaspersky uses the Firewall engine from another company in their Internet Security (7) suite? Posted a question on Kas forum, but no real reply. Certainly no mod has replied.

Looking for a FW for VISTA - quick, but most companies only have their "suite" FWs Vista ready. Not a huge fan of suites.
