Hey guys haven't been here for a bit but I just need some opinions on one thing here. Here it is I am building a home theater pc for myself. I need to get a video card for it but I do not need a really good one like a 8800. And since those are the only cards that I have used for a good while now I just need your guys opinion on the best card for around $200. You guys are the BEST

I assume your PCI-E? According to this the x1950 xt is the best.

I would stick to a 6600 GT or even a Radeon 9800 XT/Pro. I would keep your budget at 150 or below.

Radeon HD 2400 or 2600 series. Cheap vid cards, DX10 support (in case you ever want to install Vista and use the Aero GUI), fully HDCP-compliant (keys & complete HDMI output), and full hardware decoding of the latest codecs (like H.264).
Gee...the HD 2600 even comes in an AGP version...wonders will never cease. :D
