After researching, I'm making a guesstimate that our computer uses the "soft power" method for powering up/down. Our delimma is that we cannot determine if one of the sets of wires which is connected to the power button (blue/white) is supposed to also be connected to the motherboard - and if so, where. The other set of wires going from the power button (brown/black) is connected to the motherboard.
We're again guesstimating that the reason the computer isn't getting (or recognizing) any power is because the blue/white set of wires has some how become disconnected from the motherboard. (Unfortunately, no manual can be found ...) HELP ?!
