btw- Did you happen to go to the David Gilmour DVD premiere event this past Saturday? I saw it at a participating theater in a neighboring town. It was well worth the 45 minute drive!

I like the new album "On an Island", but, I have not rushed out to buy it.

David Bowie came out to sing "Arnold Layne," the closing song was an excellent rendition of "Echoes" and David Crosby and Graham Nash helped out with backup vocals on a few songs. And the behind the scenes documentary stuff was good, too.

Sorry you missed it, I only found out about it the night before...

Anyway, enjoy the cake and the rest of your day!
