Okay, I'm kind of new to this whole thing, wanted to make sure this video card would be compatible with my mobo.

Mobo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131013

GPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130062

I don't know what all I need to look at to see if it's compatible. PCI-e gpu, and I have PCI-e slots on the mobo... is that all I need to look at?

Thanks guys.

And also, will any AM2 socket CPU work with this mobo? (looking at AMD 6000+x2).

Thanks :)

Yes and yes.

PCIe is easy to match up - vid cards use x16 slots and mobo's have them! :D

Yes, every AM2 CPU currently on the market will work in that mobo. The only compatibility concerns relate to the upcoming Barcelona core revision, which will only work on new AM2+ mobo's. AM2+ CPU's and mobo's should be released by the end of this year or early next year - so nothing you need to worry about right now.
