I want to open this page from a website using IE in a pc with WIN XP home edition. I get this message about 20 times and need to click in YES to continue opening the page

I have 2 other pc with WinME and Win2000 and this does not happen.Any way to solve this problem? (LOL please do not tell me to use the other pc's).Your help as always is deeply appreciated.
