FTP Program needed..

Hiya.. I need an FTP Program that does something specific.. and I have yet to find one.. maybe it's not possible?

But i need one that will move files.. like..

if im in

say

/public_html/

and i wanna move 1.jpg to

/public_html/pix


so i can just drag + drop it like in windows explorer..
can it be done??
