Windows doesn't start up

I did a scann wich was shown on microsoft site. You had to go to run program then type in /fsc scannow. I did that, then restarted my pc. Now my keyboard shuts down automaticaly at the ''start up safily etc'' screen.

can anyone please help me?

First of all, do you mean that Windows won't start up period? Do you get a BIOS error like "unable to locate operating system files"? Are you sure the site was Microsoft's official website? Also, why did you want to do the scan in the first place?

It might have replaced your at least semi-valid system files with some completely invalid ones, you know...
