memory info

As computers change so quickly over the years we keep hearing about the different variations in memory(Ram)now we have started hearing "Rimms" is this new memory?. Is it the new 133MHz stuff or does it come in 100MHz format also......also is there a site that explains these differents I know there use to be some info on this forum but I can't find it now.. Thanks in advance
