and this in my signature:
http://images.meez.com/user08/09/07/0907_10001662141.gif (http://www.meez.com/ajm)

Moved to After Hours

uhmm... why move it to "After Hours"?
no matter....
this is a specific problem in PCguide forums- it will not let me put these into my siganuture or use it one as an avatar- the error is "Remote File is to large" (which is beyond me- these files are VERY small)
Edit moving one is :235.2 KB
While head Shot is: 5.2 KB
and the limit is 100 KB?? (so i understand the moving one, but the head shot?)

Avatar size limit:
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 4.9 KB (whichever is smaller).
Signature size limit:
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
edit: i think i put this in the wrong forum, now that i think about it
which is why I moved it, I thought you were asking it to be moved.

That is really small... :o
as for why i asked, after hours club didn't seem right to me either- (i thought it belonged in "guide feed back" or, if it was reworded, "suggestion box")
-but like i said, no matter :D -

You started in Suggestion Box, it is now in Guide Feedback, I suppose it is appropriate there.

i am no wondering why the limit is so small...
i mean, even 56k can download a 5.6 kb picture in very little time...
Your avatar image is weighing in a 5.2 KB...just a hair over.
I've actually scaled it up here and resaved it as a jpeg...but using GIMP to do so, and it has chopped the file size nearly in half.
So part of what the final file size comes out to depends a lot on the program you use to create/edit the pic with...some programs pad the heck out of them.

thanks Mjc- i originally just deleted parts around the image...
but then it looked to small....
now, i usually change it for X-mass, Holidays, etc- which is why i wanted it to link directly to the image...
so that it updates when i change the main one at meez.com
note- post may appear twice..

Ajmukon, what do they call that style animation? It's not considered "Anime" is it? Weird stuff, especially with the short loop repetition, but I am old ;) :p
