hi
I brought norton ghost 12 online.I haven't got the Symantec Recovery Disk image. I would like to know how to recovery with ghost 12.. I already made a image of hd but windows is broken so I want to recover it.
where can I get the Symantec Recovery Disk image?

When you bought Ghost you should have downloaded the SRD-iso and burned it to make the SRD. http://www.symantecstore.com/dr/v2/ec_main.entry25?page=ImpDownloadInfoNSR&client=Symantec&sid=27685
I just don't know if you can get it in any other way but maybe try contacting Symantec directly to see what they say.
It's a recurring problem with the big name "backup/imaging" apps that (apart from charging a lot of money) they make it easy to create the restores from within windows but dont make it obvious what to do if all goes belly up and you cant get into windows. That is why I only ever recommend both making and restoring images from outside Windows since if you have gone that route to create you should be able to retrace those same steps and then restore.
PS I downloaded and installed the 30day trial version of Ghost12 to see if I could make the SRD but unfortunately that option is greyed out on its file menu - so you would need the full application to do it that way.
