I can never reach over 100kbps... when im on a 4000kbps connection...

I dont know what information you need here, but im running though a router with four computers connected, even if all other computers are disconnected i can still only get 100kbps..

I get terrable lag in games, some games online i get 150 ping, the rest is eather "NAT" error or like 2k ping..

When i should be getting like 30ping

Do the other computers have this problem of slow Internet access?

As a trouble shooting step try connecting your computer directly to your internet connection,no router, using a different network cable (install a firewall first before doing this if you don't have one already).

If this does't help, or all your computers have this same problem, I would give your ISP a call and have them check your connection for problems.

Good Luck :)

I would call your ISP then and see what they can do for you. At the very least they should be able to check if your speed is what they say it should be for the line you purchased.

Good luck :)

well i sent a "Query" into the isp "force9" aka plusnet

and they said i should be receiving atleast 3600kpbs from the speedtest sites, max i got to was 133kbps

Is there any setting what i may have wrong on the pcs or on the router.

On my sheet i got from my isp it says set it to pppoe i think, it might of been pppoa but the one they said set it to doesnt work i get dissconects every 10 mins, but i have tryed it with 3 routers and no difference... so it cant be the router not compatible, i also tryed a router my isp reccommended.

Thanks,
Ryan

A dsl line can be slowed down by noise from other phone lines which is what might be happening to you. It could also be a bad DSL modem. All of these things your ISP should be able to check within a day or two.

The PPPoE setting is how your computer logs into and communicates on the DSL network and should be setup the way your ISP outlines in thier instructions, if not set correctly the internet connection will fail. Again your ISP should check these settings with you to verify they are correct.
