Can anyone give me a clue as to where to start my troubleshooting?
I suddently lost my internet connection but only when I am in full windows.
* If I boot to safe mode with networking, I do have internet access.
* If I boot to full windows, and I try a 'network connectons/repair' I am told an IP address cannot be obtained. In another place, (I'm sorry I forget where) I am told that my adapters are not loaded loaded. (I reloaded the adapters and the drivers eith no change.)
Are the network tables etc different for safe mode and full windows?
Any suggestions would be helpful. BTI: I was scannng for virus and spyware when I lost the connection as near as I can tell.
