I plan on buying a new Gaming PC, from ibuypower.com

eVGA NForce 680i SLI Chipset w/7.1 Sound, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0 Dual PCI-E MB
750 Watt -- Thermaltake Toughpower W0117RU Power Supply
Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6700 (4x 2.66GHz/8MB L2 Cache/1066FSB)
2048MB [1024MB X2] DDR2-1066 PC2 8500 Memory Module Corsair Dominator
High Performance eVGA Nvidia 8800 GTX Ultra 768mb

are there any obvious problems here:
does the powersupply look good enough?
is my card too processor limited here?
do i have enough ram?
how much does hard drive speed matter besides loading time?

ill be running 32 bit Vista Ultimate, on a 19 or 20 inch widescreen!
Thanks, again!

ok like we have been saying for the last few weeks round here... wait a couple more months, new CPU's, MOBO's and GPU's will be coming out meaning all new top notch hardware but also making your current build cheaper :D

answers to your Q's
PSU will is plenty
your CPU will hardly ever use 100% of its power so yes your graphics card does limit your build but its the best card out on the market so what can you do :p
hmmm RAM i will get to that in a minute
there will be quite a large difference between a 7,200RPM and a 10,000RPM HDD and no apart from loading time there is nothing else it effects. with gaming and your boot time you will notice about a 30-40% increase

32 bit vista  noooo way get 64 bit... 32 bit only supports 2Gb of RAM 64 bit supports way more (not sure how much :p) and yes if you get 64 bit (which i strongly recommend) 4Gb of RAM would be great
